A group of at least three members, registered with the Micro and Small Enterprises Authority (MSEA), with a valid registration certificate.

A bank account in the group name.

Counts of men, women, and persons with disabilities must add up to the members on the MSEA registration.

Each member must be at least 18 years old and have a Kenyan national ID, KRA PIN, and passport.

The job placement must exist for every job seeker.

Each member must provide two guarantors. A member’s loan is at most KES 166,666, and the group total is at most KES 500,000.
